HIMM Solutions introduces HIMM Odor Eliminator, a revolutionary new American-made, patented product (patent #11,154,474 B2 and patent-pending 16/974,374), that eliminates odors when sprayed upon surfaces where they originate. HIMM Odor Eliminator does not mask odors - it neutralizes them. The product itself is odorless and any excess product will continue to eliminate odors without adding any scent to the areas being treated.

Directions for Proper Applications of HIMM Odor Eliminator:
HIMM Odor Eliminator comes in a liquid form and must come into direct contact with the substances that are causing undesirable odors. We suggest using a sprayer or a mop to wet or heavily moisten the surfaces that contain the urine, fecal matter, or any substance that is causing the odors. Do not spray our solution into the air, as this will result in an ineffective application of the product.
While any excess solution can be easily rinsed away with water once the odors are eliminated, we do not recommend doing this. Any remaining HIMM Odor Eliminator that's left on the area being treated will act as an additional preventative against any additional odors that may arise from future mishaps. And since our solution is odorless, any excess product will continue to eliminate odors without adding any additional scent to the areas being treated.
When using HIMM Odor Eliminator on a regular basis, it does not need to be reapplied after each new incident due to the ongoing effectiveness of the residual solution that is left within the pores of the surfaces.

HIMM Odor Eliminator needs to be heavily sprayed or mopped on the surface of concrete and allowed 5-10 minutes to penetrate into the pores of the concrete to reach areas where the urine or other offensive odors has migrated. Our unique solution quickly removes odors once it makes contact with the odor causing source.
If the surface of the concrete is not sealed and therefore porous (also known as "slip proof"), just let this solution dry, leaving chemicals that are in the cement pores to act as an additional short term preventative against future foul odors. If the concrete is sealed and not "slip proof," mop up any excess liquid until the floor is left damp, and then allow it to dry without any foot traffic. Remember to always use caution when creating any wet areas on sealed concrete floor surfaces in public spaces.

For elevator car interiors, spray HIMM Odor Eliminator on walls, where wall panels are joined together and where there is spacing between panels. Let surfaces dry naturally. Spray a second application as necessary.
For elevator floors, heavily spray or mop the flooring, including the door tracks, with our solution. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to penetrate surface materials, and then either let it air dry or mop any excess liquid until the floor is damp, and then allow it to dry.
For elevator pits, spray all the walls once or twice, reaching as high up as possible. Spray or mop the floor until its wet, wait 5-10 minutes, and then either let the floor air dry or mop any excess liquid until the floor is damp, and then allow it to dry.

Wait 5-10 minutes, and either let it air dry or mop any excess liquid until the areas are left damp, and then allow them to dry. Spray walls once or twice and let air dry.

HIMM Solutions was founded by three brothers, one of whom is a Ph.D. chemist and an environmental chemistry teacher. The original intent was to create a non-toxic solution to quickly remove odors from pet urine and skunk spray.
